Refunds and Exchanges

Since we belong to the intimate wear industry, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

If your product is found to be faulty, we may consider a replacement of that product, however, the same is at the sole discretion of the Firm.

Please note that we do a thorough quality check before dispatching the garment/product.

In the event of any defect or issue, you must inform our customer service via email or whatsapp within 2 days of the order being delivered.

We may ask you to share pictures of the product before you ship it back. Shipping cost for such couriers will have to be borne by the customer.

Products that are made to order will not be exchanged or refunded. 

Note: In the event that your product is not fitting right, at Tau Tura, we offer you the opportunity to have the same altered. The alteration may only be initiated within 15 days of the Order being delivered.
If you would like to request an alteration at any other time, a small convenience and alteration fee of INR 1000/- will be charged.
